Coming to visit
We actively encourage people to use public transport and car sharing where they can. The village is very small so please park carefully and considerately if you do bring your vehicle. Visitors and tourists are welcomed in the village but blocked access to farms, tracks and turning areas would damage relationships and potentially lead to a ban on outdoor activities.

Driving directions If you are planning to bring a car to Abella the easiest way to find us is to put ‘Abella de la Conca 25651′ into an internet map search or GPS system. This should take you to the village. Once passing the village signpost continue up the road until you reach the main square with a water fountain.
If you are following a paper map:
From Barcelona the easiest and quickest route is to take the A2 towards Lleida and continue on this motorway until you reach exit 517 signposted to Agramunt. Once in Agramunt take the C14 to Artesa de Segre. Once in Artesa take the L512 to Isona. When you see the turn off to Isona take the turn off, follow the road through the town. Just before you leave the town there is a right hand turn signposted towards Col de Nargo (L511). Follow this road up a long straight and after 3km you will see a sign to Abella de la Conca and St Esteve 4km. Take this left turn and follow the road through the bends until you reach the village. We are approx 160km from Barcelona. If you are coming from Tremp take the first turning signposted to Isona and Col de Nargo. Take the first exit at the mini roundabout and then the second left turning signposted to Col de Nargo L511. Continue as above. If you are coming from the north via Col de Nargo once you have passed the village of Boixols follow the road over through twisting bends until you reach a long straight. Just as you reach this straight you will see a right hand turn signposted to Abella de la Conca. Follow this road until you reach the village (as above).
